We Don't Want to Jinx it, but...

Nia: Sheep Counter (and Wrestler)

It seems our little girl is beginning to develop some sense of a sleep pattern and her parents couldn't be more thrilled. In an attempt to limit the late night parties, we've recently decided to move Nia's pack 'n play (her crib for the moment if you will) into my walk in closet. We figure perhaps this would prevent us from waking her in the middle of the night and vice versa. Well, since doing that, three out of four nights this week, our little girl has slept at least a solid five hours, which at her age is considered sleeping through the night. She usually goes to sleep around 10 or 11, wakes at 3-3:30 to nurse and then isn't up again until 6-7. And I must mention that the one night that wasn't so great (Nia woke several times during that night) I believe was due to the fact that she had slept most of that afternoon (no more long naps for you little girl!) While we're not counting on this trend to continue without a few hiccups, we couldn't be more proud of our sweet baby girl.
