Austin to Boston...

We've had quite a load on our plate as of late (rhyme was unintentional by the way). Heath's company recently offered to relocate us back up to the Boston area, and after careful consideration we've decided to move forward with it. So, look out our northeast peeps, the Perry's of Austin are coming! The Perry's of Austin are coming! Please, try to take it easy on the enthusiasm...

Needless to say, this leaves us with quite the to do list. We have our hands full with trying to fix up and sell our house (last weekend was spent ripping down cowboy themed wallpaper in the bathroom - we'll miss those assless chapped horse wranglers on our wall) , figuring out how to get all of our stuff up to Boston, wondering how many happy pills to give Chaz for the flight up, finding a nanny in Boston (as well as Austin as our current nanny has decided she wants to learn more by going to college... the nerve) and the list goes on and on. Oh, and we have about 6 weeks to get everything done.

Regardless of the overwhelming number of tasks at hand, we're excited about the move. Though we've made some great friends in Austin that we will truly miss and we'll be moving further from my family which will be difficult, we do feel this is the best move for our careers and for our little monkey.

So, if we're unable to update the blog for a while, we hope you understand... we'll do what we can to keep ya'll posted. Er, um, I mean you all. One thing we won't miss... the 100 degree plus temps... Chowdah!
